Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Exchanges are available subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility & Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size or colour.

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, Deporte bears the shipping cost both ways.
  • For change-of-size or change-of-mind exchanges, the customer bears the return and re-delivery shipping cost.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable, the item may be returned for a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
