Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the terms below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible returns received within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.

Costs & Reimbursement

  • For defective, damaged or incorrect items, Deporte covers the return shipping and refunds the full amount.
  • For change-of-mind returns (where permitted), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are made only through the original mode of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days; the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
